What is the All-Included Package?

The all-inclusive package is designed to make your cruise experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. This package includes: Classic Drink Package: Enjoy a wide variety of beverages, available whenever you like, morning, noon, and night. This includes bottled water, premium coffees and teas, a fantastic selection of beers, spirits, cocktails, liqueurs, frozen drinks, and wines by the glass (up to $10 per serving). Plus, you’ll receive a 15% discount on wines by the bottle. Basic Wi-Fi Package: Stay connected with loved ones even while you’re on the go. Our basic Wi-Fi package offers 150 minutes of internet access, perfect for checking emails, browsing the web, and staying active on social media. While it’s not suitable for streaming videos, it ensures you can keep in touch with family and friends during your trip. This all-inclusive package is designed to provide everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable cruise experience.

What are the cancellation terms?

There are two sets of cancellation terms to be aware of.
The administrative fee schedule is as follows:
Months Prior to Sailing Cancellation Schedule
9 – 12 Months 25% per Guest (75% refunded)
6 – 9 Months 50% per Guest (50% refunded)
0 – 6 Months 100% per Guest (No Refund)
And Celebrity Cruise Lines cancellation schedule:

89 – 75 Days 25% per Guest (75% Refunded) 06 Jan 2025
74 – 61 Days 50% per Guest (50% Refunded) 21 Jan 2025
60 – 31 Days 75% per Guest (25% Refunded) 04 Feb 2025
30 – 0 Days 100% per Guest (No Refund) 06 Mar 2025

When do I need to make payments?

There are two payment dates.  The initial deposit of $800 will be due at the time you make your reservation. The balance is due on December 15th.

Can I make payments before the final due date?

Yes, you can make a payment at any time by sending an email to info@tdjtravel.com.  You may also schedule a payment by logging into the customer portal that will be created when you make your reservation.

Should I get travel insurance?

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Travel protection will:

  • Help to cover medical costs if you need to see a doctor while out of the country.
  • If you get hurt and need a medivac back to the United States, insurance will cover most if not all of that cost.
  • While on your way to the cruise, if your luggage doesn’t make it, Insurance will give you a daily allowance towards clothing and personal items.
  • If you have to cancel your trip for covered reasons, you will get a refund of any amounts that are non-refundable.

Why do you have prices listed for some cabins but not all?

When creating group space with Celebrity, they give us an allotment of cabins at a locked in rate in the Inside, Oceanview, and Balcony (Veranda) categories.

Other categories are available to be booked into at the current rates. These cabins we need to request availability on a pre-booking bases and will not know the price until we put a hold on that cabin.

What happens if you send me a quote and I decide not to book?

Once we make your reservation you will receive a confirmation email and another email with a link to make our deposit payment.  If you do not make the payment within 24 hours, your reservation will automatically cancel and nothing more will have to be done on your part.

I purchased my Ninja Training tickets, can I book the cruise portion through another travel agency?

Unfortunately, no. Because we need an accurate count with the cruise line for instructional space, all attendees must book with the group. Booking with the group will also ensure you’re eligible for all added perks that come as being a part of this unique experience.
