All three packages are built around the same core Ninja Sailing experience — a balcony cabin for two, reserved group dining, keynote sessions, networking opportunities, swag, in-cabin surprises, and exclusive access to Ninja programming onboard. The difference between them comes down to how much we take off your plate before you even step foot on the ship.

Basic Package — $3,497 Everything you need to have an incredible experience onboard. You’ll have full access to all group events and programming, and you handle your own gratuities, Wi-Fi, and travel logistics.

Captain Package — $4,197 Builds on the Basic by adding ship-wide Wi-Fi for one device per person for the full cruise, so you stay connected without hunting for a hotspot. Standard gratuities for your room steward, wait staff, and culinary team are also covered — no mental math at the end of the trip.

Admiral Package — $4,497 The most seamless experience of the three. In addition to everything in the Captain Package, your first night is handled with a group hotel stay, and shuttle service runs the full route — airport to hotel, hotel to port, and back to the airport when the journey ends. You show up, we take care of the rest.

We understand that plans can sometimes change. Here is the cancellation policy for your reservation:

Deposit — Non-refundable starting 24 hours after booking.

Prior to April 1, 2027 – Only Deposit is non-refundable.

April 1, 2027 through August 24, 2027 — $300 per person, plus the non-refundable deposit.

August 25 – September 19, 2027 — 50% of the total reservation cost per person, plus the non-refundable deposit.

September 20 – October 4, 2027 — 75% of the total reservation cost per person, plus the non-refundable deposit.

October 5, 2027 and beyond — Full penalty. No refund will be issued.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection at the time of booking to protect your investment. If you have any questions about your reservation or the cancellation policy, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

There are three payment dates.  The initial deposit of $997 (plus insurance if you purchase it) will be due at the time you make your reservation. The second payment of $1,297 is due on April 1, 2027. The balance is due on July 1, 2027.

Yes, you can make a payment at any time by sending an email to info@tdjtravel.com.  You may also schedule a payment by logging into the customer portal that will be created when you make your reservation.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Travel protection will:

• Help to cover medical costs if you need to see a doctor while out of the country.
• If you get hurt and need a medivac back to the United States, insurance will cover most if not all of that cost.
• While on your way to the cruise, if your luggage doesn’t make it, Insurance will give you a daily allowance towards clothing and personal items.
• If you have to cancel your trip for covered reasons, you will get a refund of any amounts that are non-refundable.

When creating group space with Carnival, they give us an allotment of cabins at a locked in rate in the Balcony (Veranda) category.

If you wish to upgrade to a suite, please notate it in the comments on the registration form or email us at info@tdjtravel.com and we can get you the price to upgrade to Ocean Suite.  You will then have the option to keep the balcony or upgrade.

If you are booking for 1 or 2 people in your cabin, there is no quote. You make the actual booking as you complete the registration form.

If you are booking for 3 or 4 people, when you complete the registration form it will add you to our quote system and we will generate a quote for you. Quotes are usually sent out within 2 business days. If you do not make the deposit within 72 hours, the quote expires.  After that we will need to generate a new quote when you are ready to book.

Unfortunately, no. Because we need an accurate count with the cruise line for instructional space, all attendees must book with the group. Booking with the group will also ensure you’re eligible for all added perks that come as being a part of this unique experience.
